The Tetrahedron stainless steel print arrived today from Shapeways. I have to say I’m really impressed with the presentation of their packaging. The quality of the print is great, and I dig the metal texture.

What do you get when you cross “a small, bald, trouserless, barefoot, almost featureless character (save for his large nose) who seems to have no job, hobbies, or romantic partner, just a menagerie of pets”, with the 1988 debut album cover of the American heavy metal band Danzig?

I’m not really sure, but I’m calling it Danziggy.  More concepts and renders coming soon.

One of the 5 platonic solids, this regular tetrahedron is composed of 4 framed equilateral triangles with the curious angle of 19.47.

Plato assigned the most mobile of the platonic solids, the tetrahedron, to fire.
